To Register Your Child...

1. COMPLETE APPLICATION ONLINE:
     Complete one student application for each student. The student application fee  is due upon completion of the online application.
2. ADMISSIONS  INTERVIEW AND EVALUATION:
     GTCA will review your application(s) and contact you to schedule an interview with you and your family.  This will include the placement test for your child as well as an initial tour of the facility.
3. COMPLETE ENROLLMENT:
    Upon acceptance into our program,  you will receive information on how to complete your student enrollment online.
The enrollment commitment fee is due after the online enrollment is complete.

Enrollment Commitment Fee:
All Grade Levels  
$350 - (After Jan. 31st)
$400 - (After March 31st)
$450 - (After June 30th) 
(Annual non-refundable fee) 
Annual Technology Fee:
All Grade Levels - $90.00 (per family)
Annual Tuition and Monthly Payment Plan:
Grades PreK - K - $3,750 or $375/month (10  months)
Grades 1 - 8 - $4,000 or $400/month (10 months)

New Student Required Documents:

  • Child's birth certificate
  • Child's immunization records or approved exemption
  • Records from previous school 
  • Current photo of student
  • Photos of all parent approved persons for daily pick-up

Registration Open Now For the 2024-2025 Academic Year!
Grade level enrollment is closed when class capacity is reached for the current academic year.
Our classes are 10-1, Student-Teacher ratio.
